Download and Use of the Phone App

OBTAINING AND INSTALLING THE APP  

Deployment and retrieval information for your IRIS films can be managed using the EpiCollect5 phone app.

Using the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iPhone), you will need to download and install the EpiCollect5 App.

Customers must have (or must set up) a Google account, as that is the only option for logging in to Epicollect5 . Therefore, you will need to login either with a gmail address or another email address that has been linked to, or associated with, a Google account.

Authorized AIO customers should send a request for an AIO EpiCollect5 Project to: phone-app@IRISOxides.com being sure to include one or more gmail addresses (or other email addresses linked to or associated with a Google account). We will send you a personalized AIO EpiCollect5 Project for use by your company, and instructions on how to utilize the App in documenting deployment and retrieval data.

• Site and Plot Information
• User or operator identification
• Dates and Times of deployment and retrieval
• Film Coating Type 
• Scanning and recording of the unique barcode ID for IRIS films 
• GPS coordinates of your deployment location
• Optional photo of the site
• Additional field notes
